Exchange and Refund Policy:
If you didn’t absolutely love your order, I am happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to me. Please message me within 14 days of the items arrival. I do not cover your return shipping back to me. Once the order has arrived and I have inspected it for damage, I will issue a refund.
Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, I ask that you please contact me with any questions before making a purchase.
All items must be returned in the manner in which they were not used, not washed, with original invoice attached and it must also be in the original packaging. In case your package is damaged, or the item you bought is not met your expectations, please contact me.
We can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being used.
